1 / How do you handle project timelines and deadlines?
We’ve got a tight, professional pipeline:

Photos: 3-day turnaround

Videos: 5-day turnaround

Graphics: 3 days after photo approvals
All deliverables go through internal quality checks before hitting your inbox.
4/ What file formats will I receive?
Deliverables will be in the formats best suited for your needs:

Photos: JPG/PNG

Videos: MP4 (HD or 4K)

Graphics: PNG, JPG, or PDF
If you need something specific (e.g., ProRes, PSD), just let us know in advance!
7 / Who will be on set during my shoot?
We assign a curated team based on the project—could include a videographer, photographer, content director, and on-site producer. Everyone comes prepared and dressed in professional black attire so we blend in and focus on you.
2 / What’s the process from planning to delivery?
Our process is structured but creative:

Planning – We understand your goals and build the roadmap

Production – We shoot, film, and capture your brand in its best light

Post-production – Editing, polishing, and magic-making

Internal review – We QA it before you even see it

Client feedback – You give input, we revise if needed

5 / Will I have access to raw files?
We keep raw files for 1 month after project completion, just in case you need them. Let us know early if you'd like a copy, and we’ll arrange it with proper file delivery or a drive upload.
8 / How do payments work?
We typically ask for:

50% upfront, 50% upon project completion

Or full payment upon delivery, depending on the scope
We accept bank transfers and provide official receipts or invoices as needed. Let's keep it clean and professional.
3 / How do I give feedback on deliverables?
We’ll send you the initial output via email or your preferred platform. From there, feel free to leave timestamped notes, or just shoot us a message with your revisions. We’ll revise fast and get the final output to you within the agreed timeline.
6 / How do we book a shoot or project with Lunarcore?
